Other local PPO network claims should be sent by the provider to the network address. Please visit www.acec.healthplan.com for the specific network claims addresses. Toll-Free Customer Service Line: 1-888-813-7099. Hours of service are 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST Friday. Trustmark is your insurance carrier. A variety of administrative tasks can be handled at the dedicated website www.healthplan.com. HR directors and employers are incouraged to go to the employer/HR director section and key in your login and passord. You may access your billing status and history, check employee eligibility and dependent status, perform administrative functions and download administrative and claim forms. Employee members can access the website to check the status of their claims 24 hours a day. After keying in their password, they will know if their claim has been received, paid or is pending additional information.
